Manager of Supervised Living

Some job duties include, but are not limited to, administering and coordinating supervised services provided for individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes, developmental center and in the Russell, Kansas community. Further duties include developing, monitoring and managing of budgets, and ensuring compliance with various licensing standarts and agency policies. This position has line authority over Personal Assistants and other direct support staff within the designated sites and would be responsible for all aspects of staffing; including sufficient staffing, hiring, supervising and evaluating to ensure staff is properly trained accoring to the immediate and ongoing needs of their job. Ensuring the individuals served are treated with dignity and respect is a prime responsibility.
